Refunds - Cancellations
- For returns and/or exchanges, we refund the purchase price.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase time. Although the processing of an order (especially those of 14K/18K Solid Gold) can take up to 10 days, we will start processing your order immediately so that we are able to send it to you as soon as possible..
